What equipment/programs are used for the CAGcast?

I'm interested in starting up a podcast in the near future and am interested in what programs and equipment you guys use.

I use a small yamaha mixing board into an M-Audio sound card and record everything as a wav file into soundforge, then I convert it to an MP3. I hope that helps, if you are looking for podcast equipment help,I use sweetwater.com for everything.
