Talisman is a great, wonderful rendition of a truly garbage board game. Throw some dice, make no meaningful choices, then good things or bad things happen to you, everyone else laughs or fumes. Laughter subsides about 45 minutes to an hour in and then it's all downhill from there.

Didn't like Shadow Warrior. It is a great sword in search of a non-boring shooting game. The fun of cutting demons in half is great but then at the third act you have to shoot them and it all just falls apart.

Also the bosses are every bit as bad as the reviewers say.

I wouldn't even pay $1 for RCR. Was not really anything special.

And they discontinued the wired controller? That's sad.

I can't understand the mindset that thinks Bioshock Infinite's story was anything but a hastily cobbled together mess

Eh, have a couple Dear Esthers:

I wouldn't be caught dead redeeming anything that even COULD be Dear Esther. Nice try.

Joe Danger is the only non-terrible looking game from this bundle.

Except for Surgeon Simulator which is loads of fun but by any reasonable standard JD2 is the BTA and SS is the bundle fodder. I do not understand it.

Spoken by a man who's intimately familiar with pretty lame things.

Don't call your mother lame.

If you didn't like the gameplay of the first, I don't see how you would like that of the second or third because it's pretty much more of the same.  A little tweaking, refining here and there, but mechanics still largely the same.

You could also be like me. You loved the first for the spectacle and glamor but the second made you realize how threadbare and grindy the mechanics were.

Just want to say that my friends list leaderboards of Orcs Must Die 2 confirms my suspicions about the game; It's the sort you pick up, play for about five levels, and never touch again.

Payday 2 sucks. Just getting that out there. And I LOVED Payday 1 in the grotesque anal way

I loved Sleeping Dogs but I really couldn't bring myself to finish ANY of the story DLC. It all feels so soulless.

I actually didn't find it all that stressful. Almost everything in Papers Please is a bit more darkly humorous than truly depressing partly because you can help no small quantity of people if you play the game smart. Even the times where you can die, it's generally LOL WHOOPS IM IN THE SOVIET UNION SHOULDNT HAVE DONE THAT.

There's a certain charm to the limited desk space and constant shuffling of papers.

Hm, I'm tempted to purchase Papers, Please.  I know it's only 50% off but I've heard great things about this game.  However, it seems similar to Cart Life, which also garnered similar praise and which I absolutely hated playing.  Has anyone played Papers and have any comments?

There should still be a free demo. Just not on Steam.
