Both games I want are only available for store pickup?! WTF is that? And both are unavailable at my local store.
EPIC FAIL again from Worst Buy. Combine that with the fact that I've had EVERY SINGLE ONLINE PREORDER CANCELED (that's 16 orders!) by them due to completely fake "billing errors" and I wouldn't pay $6 for my GamersClub Unlocked membership if I had to do it again, let lone $60.
I have never, ever seen a company who didn't want my money as much as Worst Buy doesn't.
And let's not forget the one time they shipped half my online order to an OLD address, for no reason whatsoever. Or the completely clueless cashiers who act like they don't give $%! about you.
This is the most poorly managed and run company in the HISTORY of retail.
Couldn't disagree more. I used to spend most of my entertainment budget on Amazon. Over the last two years, I've shifted most of my spending to Best Buy. Sure there have been some hiccups, but there were with Amazon as well and BB customer service has been GREAT to me. Always helpful and quick to find a good resolution to an issue. I've been an Elite Plus/Silver Reward tier shopper for 3 years. I think the changes to GCU have been fantastic. I've purchased many more new games than I would have.
