I'm not nickel and diming it. Fact is they sell all day brand new for $360. On top of that Newegg just had a deal for $320 brand new. After tax at Cowboom the $300 comes to $320. Lastly, they have been selling them used on Cowboom for the past couple months for $200-$250. Personally, I'm waiting for the cheapest possible new or used. $200-250 used is good, $320-360 new is good with the right bonuses.
How many people do you know who uses bitcoins? For everyone that you know, there's probably hundreds of thousands of people who don't. That $320 bitcoin deal was just a gimmick, so you can't compare that to a regular deal. But yes, new PS4s have been going for around $360 shipped and with a full 1-year warranty.
I'm kinda hoping for the white Destiny bundle + another game and/or extra controller for black friday for $399, but standard console + 2 games or 1 game + 1 extra controller might be enough.
I'm hoping for a Destiny Bundle + a game/controller, too, for $399. But that won't happen. They spent $500 hundred million on this series, and they are not going to discount the game in the first 3 months of release. They have to recoup that massive amount of money somehow first.
Did you try all their skills? They are not just cosmetic like magic spells. The dwarf, for example, can pick up and throw enemies. The Amazon has a risk-reward system where the closer she is to death, the more damage she does. I thought the magic classes were kind of annoying because it makes it hard to see what's going on. I think I might even prefer the D&D system where magic spells freaking pause the game.
If you think the Fighters are boring, then you're not picking the right skills. I'm taking my knight to level 99. I thought the Elf is one of the weakest, so maybe I'm not using the right skills. But the Wizard is definitely the most powerful. He's the only one who would do 100,000 damage in one hit, but he's difficult to start out with. I can't wait to take him to level 99 as well after power-leveling up to around 30 first so that I have some useful skill points to use.
