What happened? What did I miss?
I don't see the point in bringing up the past.The guy hasn't posted here in months.
Sadly I miss the post. They always humured me.
Yes indeed. Its been so quiet without the needless unspoiled doll pron fetish pics taking up 1/2 of the blog page.
All the trolls who "took offense" to his blogs and drove him off the site can Fuck off.

The funniest part of his blogs were the responses from the community and even though we openly made fun of his hobby he never took it to the admins.
@antlp89: It wanst "trolls" that drove him off. It was the mods who politely informed him to put his big ass pics under spoilers to which he responded in a dickheaded, asshole way to that "drove" him away from here. Revisionist history at its finest. Go back and read that final blog of his and all the comments he made towards the mods if you dont remember exactly how it went down.
The whole situation was only addressed because some people, who probably had issues with him to begin with, complained about the size of his pics.

I miss the posts too, mostly because of the comments. Oh well. He was a dick to the mods, but I understood his side of things. I just can't understand the need for there to be doll related posts on this forum, but that didn't stop me from reading them and laughing endlessly.
I suspected he was banned, but I missed the memo. I googled "chuplayer banned" and stumbled upon a bunch of other websites from which he was banned under the same name for acting like a douche. Good riddance.

I didn't take offense to his doll blogs, but he did make some really offensive comments at times. I'm usually not offended by much of anything, but when he makes posts about forcing his daughter to perform obscene sexual acts, that's going too far. (Just FYI, I reported that post and it appeared to be taken down, so I don't know if I could find it again.)
@Spyder188 - There wasn't any need for him to put his pictures under spoiler tags. Anyone who read his blogs knew exactly what they were in for. Now, I'm not saying his reaction was rational and valid, but the people who started bitching about his blogs really have no solid basis for a complaint. Don't want to see the pictures? DON'T READ THE BLOG!

This fukcing THIS. It's like the assholes who complain about Family Guy and shit being 'offensive'. Change the channel you fuking buckets of Santorum.
You guys aren't entirely correct on that. I'm sure some people wanted the pictures spoilered because of content, but I think the majority didn't want to have half of the blog page taken up by his huge pictures. Its really a pain to have to scroll through a blog with tons of giant pictures just to get to something interesting.

Not only that, but they were odd pictures to be hosted on a gaming website. I know I got some looks scrolling through the blogs page when one of Chuplayer's blogs were on the front page.

TRUST ME, I'm sure people who didn't like the blogs didn't read them. That said, there was PLENTY of reason for him to spoiler the pictures. It has nothing to do with content for me.
@crushtopher and IRHari:
The issue was that he would leave anywhere from 2-4 pics unspoilered that would be right on the main page of the blog section. You didnt have to go into his blog to see the crap, it was forced upon you if you ventured into the blog section. I agree with the whole thing of if you dont wanna see it look elsewhere, but when the clown would leave the shit out there and force you to scroll past huge uncovered pics of his "dollies doing naughties" just to get to Krymers or dv8mads blog, it was rather rediculous.
Okay I can concede that. I usually never visited the main page of the blog section, I just clicked whatever blogs were in the popular section in the home page.
@Spyder187 - Sorry man, but you lost all credibility when you said "and force you to scroll past." Nobody held a gun to your head and "forced" you to do anything.

@Yamato - Nobody complains about TMK's endless bitch-fests and whine-sessions about stuff that nobody gives a shit about. OMG! He went snowboarding! Big deal, get over it. He is the reason counselors and psychiatrists make damn-good money. At least Chu's blogs sparked awesome debate/controversy while TMK reveals that he is nothing more than a petty little girl who has some serious issues. And no, there is no reason to spoiler a pic if the OP doesn't feel the need. Again, don't want to see pictures - DON'T READ THE BLOG!
@crushtopher

Again, you're missing the point. CAGs didn't have to read the blogs to get bombarded with the pictures. I'm not really sure why you bring up the moot "don't want to see pictures - DON'T READ THE BLOG!" comment when the subject was clearly about people NOT reading the blog and still having to deal with pictures.

It is common courtesy to spoiler large pictures. Hell, a blog just passed with huge pictures that got spoilered due to a request from another CAG and a mod, feel free to check that one out if you haven't.

My point, again, is NOT content. It is the size of the pictures. They only clutter up the blogs page.

If someone made an account here and posted 3-4 blogs in a row advertising another site, you wouldn't want them out of sight? They would do the same thing in effect, take up space for no reason.

As far as TMK's blogs go, I couldn't agree more. They can go overboard. But following your advice, if you don't like the content, DON'T READ THE BLOG!

With all of this being said, I never wished that Chuplayer would leave. I enjoyed his blogs (well, the comments on his blogs) and he was within every right to post. His pictures were just obnoxiously large.
@Yamato - I don't read his blogs anymore. Also, I've never had an issue in regards to dealing with Chu's pictures when browsing through blog topics. I'm not sure what you're talking about. You describing the search method for blogs and how it gives a glimpse of what is in store?

In regards to MiNuN's blog - that's insane. As if any blog really needs that many pictures. Who gives a shit about all the angles you shot with your camera? That guy goes way overboard (did you see his bullshit blog about that crappy French rabbit?) . Why don't the mods put a cap on number of pictures allowed - spoiler tagged or not? 16 pictures = overkill IMHO.

If you're complaining about the size of a blog simply due to pictures, well stop reading the blogs. You know what you're in for based on who wrote the blog. It's not like there are many surprises on this site anymore. And if spoiler tags and/or size of pictures is make or break for you in regards to blog reading, well you have other things to worry about.
My only problem was that you'd be like hey, let's check out the new blogs! Oh, gamerscore, funny pictures, relevant news story, 18 pictures of a doll that stretched my fucking browser horizontally.

Like dude, I don't care that you like dolls, but for fucks sake, if me and the rest of the CAG community want to see every single one of your giant obnoxious photos they'll click on the continue reading linkage. I even asked him, politely and nicely, to put all but one in spoilers but he refused to claiming he wasn't ghettoizing his dolls.

I just think he was an epic troll.
I'm surprised he stayed and posted doll blogs as long as he did. I don't understand why anyone would subject themselves so much negative attention for such a long period of time.
