yo whatup?!?!?! has anybody here ever french kissed with a burrito?!?!
I'm talking literally tongue to tongue made out with meat beans rice veggies and salsa wrapped in a warm tortilla???
becoz I have!! I be talkin about dat LENGUA burrito!!
Lengua is seriously the most delicious meat ever!! It's beef tongue! It's so tender that it just melts in your mouth, and also super fatty!! It's mine favorite!!
next up u got Al Pastor, which is like a BBQ pork type of thing... like they marinade it with a fresh pineapple and also put small bits of pineapple when u get it in a burrito. It's aiite I guess, I have yet to eat Al Pastor that really hits my spots but I'll definitely keep trying it!!
keeping on the subject of pork, let me introduce u to Buche~!! Buche is pork stomach, usually fried. I ate it once, it was delicious and I will eat it again!
back to the cow, we have Cabeza!! Cabeza is head, that is, head of the cow most likely. My friend told me it's brains, and it just might be in some cases, but I think the time I ate Cabeza it was the cheek of the cow. Like all the meats that aren't Lengua, this is another one I need to eat much more of before I become the expert on taco and burrito meats!!
finally we have Birria~!!! I have no idea what animal Birria comes from, but it's basically a stewed type meat that's real tender and really shreddy (?) I guess?? Anyways, it's also very delicious and packed with flavor that thus far comes second to Lengua for me until I do more research on the other meats!!
so if u're still one of those guys getting your Asada, Pollo, or Carnitas on, you needa step yo shyt up~!! Even California Burritos are 2000 and late now!!
