Will 2011 be the year that Steam expands?

I love Steam. Between all B&M retailer and online sales, I look forward to the Steam holiday sales the most. I see Steam expanding beyond mostly PC games, though. With it being a digital distribution service on the PC, they have so many opportunities to expand beyond PC games. If given consent, an authorized emulator could be made and there could be ports of some console/MAME games available on Steam. Can you imagine if Sega CD games appeared on Steam? Snatcher, Sonic CD, both Lunar games, etc. What about Neo Geo games? They're now available on PSN, what's stopping them from being available on Steam? Regarding MAME.. how many of you would pony up $15 if they launched the arcade versions of X-Men vs Street Fighter with multiplayer support? What about the arcade verison of Alien vs. Predator? How about Dreamcast games? Crazy Taxi and Sonic Adventure have been released on XBLA/PSN, why not Steam?

Speaking of XBLA/PSN games .. We're starting to see more and more XBLA/PSN games come to Steam (Braid, the new Tomb Raider, Monday Night Combat), but when will we start seeing day/date releases with XBLA/PSN? I'd love to see Sonic 4, Limbo, Shadow Complex, etc. I hope that in 2011, instead of seeing games sporadically appear on Steam, that we see games launch on Steam the same day and date as their console cousins every week.
