If you are saying that you don't want to give the keys then you should come out and say that however be aware that it's generally accepted that developers do give keys to past bundle buyers when their game gets on Steam, particularly with Greenlight/Debut bundles whose purposes is to get those games votes in order to get into Steam, and nearly all other developers do this.
I would really like a better explanation than the one you are giving as far as just why you don't think those who supported your game early on by buying it in a Debut bundle and voted for it on Greenlight should not get keys when nearly every other developer in similar situations does in fact give those owners Steam keys.
I'd really hope this wouldn't be the case, especially when I'd suspect the bundle or bundle this game was in couldn't have been more than a few thousand..
