What I was really after was a stand for my shiny new PSP 3000. Most of the cases that double as a stand are too bulky for me to carry around on a daily basis, so this product fit the bill. The fact that it doubles as a source of extra power is even better.

Be aware that it is not designed for the PSP 3000 (nor the 2000 which has the same form factor I believe). The item has clips which are supposed to fit into the screw holes on either side of the USB connector on the top of the PSP.

However the 3000 is too narrow and the clips do not engage. The stand does work for me though because of the silicone skin I've wrapped my PSP in. It adds a bit of thickness and gives the clips something to grab onto. Without the skin, the PSP 3000 could fall out of the stand.

Also note that while in the stand, the PSP is held high enough to allow the use of a typical headphone plug.

My boys (currently 4 and 6 years old) each have old PSP 1000's that they play the crap out of. I got them the old 1000 series (as opposed to the "Slim" 2000's and the smaller "Go" 3000's) because the old 1000's have a metal frame which makes them incredibly resilient to drops. I didn't think about this when buying this Power Pack.

I'm sure it would have worked as advertised. It seemed to charge up fine (got a little warm while doing so), and even pass-through charged the PSP while I was waiting. The stand feature seemed especially convenient for restaurants and whatnot. However, the power pack did not survive the first 4-foot drop. The stand, as well as the clamps attaching it to the PSP broke, rendering the thing practically useless. The PSP itself, of course, is fine (they really made the old 1000 models well).

But, for less than 10 bucks, I don't really have any room to complain. Had I been more careful with it, I'm sure it would have provided days of usefulness before one of my boys dropped it. I'm sure it would survive even longer in the hands of a responsible adult.

aber 3 Sterne PASSGENAUIGKEIT (ist eher für die PSP-FAT,gedacht aber mit einer Gummihülle hat es dann gepasst)

Power pack rausgenommen, gleich zum aufladen angesteckt (mit orig. Sony Ladegerät). Zur Ladezeit kann ich nichts sagen (bin zur Arbeit gegangen), aber die Statusleuchte am Pack, leuchtet rot beim anstecken.
Wieder daheim, Pack war vollgeladen.
Das Power Pack wurde an die ausgeschaltete PSP angesteckt, die einen kompl. leeren orig. 1200 mAh Akku drinnen hat
und eingeschalten (Statusleuchte grün Pack/ Power orange PSP).
Der Akku der ausgeschalteten PSP wurde in knapp über 3 Stunden voll aufgeladen (Power orange der PSP ging dann aus).
Zur Kontrolle wurde die PSP eingeschalten und in System-Einstellungen/Batterie-Informationen nachgeschaut.
Die große Frage -------- ist noch POWER im Pack vorhanden?
Ja und wie....Man kann es nicht glauben, wieviel da noch drinnen steckt.....mein Test:
Akku rausgenommen, PSP wieder angesteckt und gestartet....Das Spiel "The Experience" (siehe andere Bewertung und Test mit Akku).
Start 10:15, alles auf max. eingestellt Musik rennt durchgehend, Bildschirm durchgehend auf max. Helligkeit und der M. Jackson singt wieder bzw. spielt man ihn ab und zu dazwischen. Mittlerweile ist es 13:38 und ich breche den Test ab.....das Gejodel geht schon stark auf die Nerven.
Dieses Pack ist sein Geld wirklich wert, abgesehen davon das ich letzte Woche fast 2 € mehr gezahlt habe.

La descrizione dice che è un charger, ma in realtà è solo una sorta di dock al quale va collegato il caricabatterie standard.
Purtroppo a me serviva un charger. L' ho tenuto solo per impieghi futuribili, altrimenti se dovete rimpiazzare il trasformatore non va bene

Also an sich bin ich mit dem Teil zufrieden. Hat eine gute Leistung. Ist nur leider sehr schnell kaputt gewesen, 2 der Haltungen sind abgebrochen, sodass es an der psp nicht mehr hält. Sehr schade
