Good price for a game that I still play online. The Collector's version has a bonus DVD with "making of" kind of stuff, and I think the PD:0 theme is on there. Buy it.

If you live in Cali, you should have a few GameRush stores around you. A brand new and sealed PDZ: LE is on clearance for $20. BTW, the LE is pretty much garbage. But since it can be had for cheaper than the regular, you might as well go for it. As mentioned above, it includes a crappy behind-the-scenes disc, a theme, mini comic book, and a hologram card.
