I think maybe Ozzie is reading too much into their line of questioning. Perhaps they're asking him about Latino players because that's his background and would know most about it. It wouldn't make sense to ask him about steroid use among Japanese players. And I have to say I haven't noticed any extra scrutiny placed on Latino players concerning steroids. I haven't been following the issue too closely but a lot of media attention seems to be focused on big names like Bonds, Giambi, etc.
