No idea what this is - it's listed on the press site, but there is no information given, besides an 11/26/07 release​
 
Well, 1/2 of those were new/unannounced. Still, nice to see cool new things coming for the DS. Except that vision thing, which just seems retarded (yes, I watched Cheapy's video).

The other half are new screenshots, I believe, and that's the first I've seen of that Contra 4 logo.

Dunno about Wi-Fi, but the trailer states that there'll be four player off of one cart, which is great enough.

That is awesome, b/c my wife and I both have a DS but I am NOT buying two copies of the same game so that we can play together.
 
Honestly, I couldn't see Mario Party DS working online - being that it's a portable game, people would constantly drop out of games, especially since the games take so long.
 
Aww well, I guess I can live without WiFi

At least it looks like they went back to the old school versions of the game (MP 1-3), which are definitely the best :)

I think they could do an online Mario Party DS game fairly easily...all they'd have to do is just have an option of how many different mini games you wanted to play and establish like a free for all contest and they'd just play those instead of working a game board.
 
Mario Party DS looks fantastic, I'm more interested in playing those games in portable format for some reason rather than on a console.
 
Anyone got info on the new MGS that was announced at the Konami conference? Can't find anything.

That meter shows up in local games as well as online, so I wouldn't take it as a sign.

I hope Mario Party DS is good and has some good 1 card multiplayer. The minigame section of NSMB was one of my favorite local wifi games.

Well that's one question answered. I hope they aren't going to pull that Mario Kart DS horseshit and give players that don't own the cart some sort of disadvantage.

Mario Party DS was a no brainer. Just surprising to me that it's taken them so long to crank one out.
 
Exciting stuff. The Nintendo Crossword title actually looks kind of lame compared to the already released NY Times Crossword game.

Contra looks CRAZY GOOD, but we knew that already.

Mario Party DS will be a must-buy if it has wifi play. Otherwise, I'm no more excited for it than I was for Mario Party for the GBA (which was not at all). I don't know anyone else with a DS, so I need online play for multiplayer.

Very curious about the Mario Magic title. And thanks for the press passwords, guys.
 
I'd be willing to bet Mario Party DS will have online. Every game and their mom has online nowadays.
 
Mario Party DS sounds awesome, however if it does not have WIFI gameplay WITHOUT FRIEND CODES then it is about as useless as the Mario party game for the gba.

If? It had better, or I'll have to hunt someone down. I know no one locally with a DS :p If something like MP DS comes out without wifi, I think I'll have lost all faith in Nintendo's online capabilities :p

Hah I didn't even realize it. Yea on page one here it was mentioned and I think gonintendo or kotaku mentioned it. I can't find anything though! Snaaaaaake!

Getting really bad flashbacks about MGS for gb color. Plus with Hideo Kojima saying MGS4 will be last game, DS version will be made by weak C team (not even a B)
