Auction: New Playstation 3 60 GB Free Shipping

bump. Still avail. Had a miss hap with the previous buyer and is now available again. Asking $435.00 flat shipped UPS
It's a great deal for a cag. I might actually bite on this but I'm not 100% sure yet.
It's only a great deal if it arrives. 2 weeks later and no responses to PMs. A tracking # was provided to Paypal, but for Airborne Express (which doesn't exist anymore as it was purchased by DHL a few years ago) and the tracking number provided (75296862399) is not a valid tracking number.

Just a little concerned. I'm trying to be patient and understanding, but it's one thing to fret over a small purchase--- another to over a $400+ purchase.

IcyDeath please respond.

My AMEX (which I used) will get me my money back if Paypal doesn't. Paypal's new restrictions/coverage seem to cover mostly just eBay sales for items. In many cases, everyone else is left high and dry (it appears).

The fact that there's no way for me to push past the 3 "business days" of the shipping being on record (which doesn't exist) is a big concern. I could then, conceivably, place ANY number in that field and Paypal won't check it. What an easy way to save money while ripping people off, huh?

You need to report this guy to a mod - I see there's a few new ones lately ;).
He needs to be banned if this checks out - the fact that his auction link has been pulled is some strong evidence against him. But why did that happen? Didn't you win and pay via the auction? You'd think there would be an automatic refund if it was pulled by eBay. I mean, in the case of most scammers the bad auction is still there for everyone to see, unless he was doing something really stupid like using other peoples images or something.

Edit - OK, looks like maybe his original auction fell through (so he claims) and then he offered it out of eBay? It is all very unclear

He indicated he had one on eBay and one for CAGs. Again, they guy's been here forever--- so that wasn't an issue.

I bought mine as one CAG buying from another. I'm giving Paypal some time, but my money will be back as AMEX has been nothing buy awesome. The feedback on the auction was positive, I'm not sure when it would have ended.

I just want to be public about this since the guy didn't warn of a "I'm going out of town" and the fact he hasn't logged on since AND the fact the tracking # given to Paypal is a fraud.

Well, as per contract Paypal was useless:

IcyDeath, you need to e-mail MrNewz and/or CheapyD about this if you ever want to be allowed back to CAG. (Don't hold your breath.)
