Hey all

I've got mine and my Lady's 3 year anniversary coming up in a few months, and I'm in need of a few good anniversary gift ideas. I've read traditionally that the three year gift is supposed to be leather and/or crystal. Now neither of those sound like a good fit for my lady, so I thought I'd turn it over to you guys. Can anyone help me with some good ideas?

I think some more details about what your lady friend is interested in is in order :p I mean, we could give vague recommendations like a sweet pinic together or a vacataion or whatnot.. but it can be more personalized if we know :p

No offense to the OP at all, but I think we need to get this one out of the way:

Stick it in her pooper.

Other than that, I agree with sailorchrono. We need an idea about her personality and interests/likes.

If she's a gamer, matching PSPs/DSes would be cute indeed :p But, also assuming she's already a gamer.. she probably should already have 'em? (I know I do.. :D)

Also, the aforementioned suggestion should already be done on a regular basis >_>;;

No Comment :whistle2:# oh, and go stuff yourself :0)

As to her likes/dislikes, here goes:

She actually doesn't play any video games at all, except for the occasional times on the Wii.

She's a red-head and very proud of it. She likes silver, stuffed bears, spending time with me and people in general. She listens to pop music, and doen't really read (with the exception of David Sedaris books and thigns in that vein). She likes roses, shopping and photography. She loves chocolate and the times we cook together. She loves to be romanced.
She doesn't really do too much sports. She likes reality television, and looking fancy. She's a very cheerful, sweet, loving and dedicated person. She works very hard at what she does. (She's in Public Relations)

I know none of this is really related, but I'm listing things off as they come to me. Any of it help?

Say Happy Anniversary and thats it. Gotta set the bar low so next year when you buy her a pizza it's a fucking fabulous surprise.

Take her out for a nice steak dinner and a snow-cone.
For my 4 year anniversary with my Gf, I am taking her to Cirque Del Sole in Orlando. She has been wanting to go since I met her.
And it took you four years to get around to taking her? :applause:

For a five year, yes.

Something that I did is revolve everything you do around the year that you are celebrating. Buy her 3 roses, get a hotel room #333, stick it in all 3 holes, etc.

well, what did you get her last year? How much are you looking to spend.

It's probably too late, but you really don't want to get into a situation where you have to spend a fortune on her.

One thought would be, if you can't think of anything, ask her what she wants. Yeah, it ruins the surprise, but she will actually get what she wants. I know me personally, as a guy, I'd much rather pick out something I want, as opposed to a surprise I don't enjoy.
