How are these PC speakers?

I'm using them on a 360, but it's connected through VGA, so I need a seperate speaker setup. My old 2.1 speakers are starting to break and the audio connector is very loose.

All I really need is a headphone jack and for them to be around $50.. These looked pretty good, but does anyone have any other recommendations?
 
I use these Logitech speakers and they sound very crisp and surprisingly powerful for their size. I'm not sure they're worth as much as Buy.com is selling them for. I got them for almost half the price, so I'm happy with them.
