Justice LEague Unlimited Season 1 - $15 at Amazon.

I'm considering purchasing this. Is it alright to start with Justice League Unlimited, or will I get more enjoyment out of it if I watch Justice League first?

I would probably start with just Justice League since it is a good show and will sort of explain some of the stuff going on in JLU but if u just wanted to go through JLU you could do that. but in my opinion i would watch them all, if u have netflix or blockbuster online that would be the best way instead of buying all the seasons. Either way it is a great show

I would have to disagree on that. I'm a huge comic book junkie, have been my whole life. And I found Justice League to not be all that great. Honestly, if you skip right onto Unlimited you're not missing out much. And about story wise only thing from Justice League that made a difference/impact onto JSU was
Hawkgirl being a traiter to the human race.
Other than that. Justice League Unlimited is pure unfiltered WIN.

I would have to disagree with your disagree. JL1 and 2 were leagues above most cartoon network dribble. While I still enjoyed JLU its was clearly aimed at those that wanted more fluff & action, less story. I assume in that way it was more comic book like then, nothing overly intelligent and mainly action.

This is true, althought I was sort of annoyed at first with JL1 & 2 since most episodes are just part of a larger story, so you could never really just watch one episode and get a full story while with JLU you can watch one episode and not really need to know what the prior episode was about. The overall story line of the JL1 & 2 were much better because the episodes led to a much larger story line which was usually very compelling.
