Got it, its been used but only once or twice for a maximum of 6 hours..Great shape comes with the remote as well..

$85 shipped its yours.

Also it comes in the original box still has the UPC so if anyone wanted to they could buy the 360 hd-dvd add-on at walmart for $169 go and copy the receipt take back the one they purchased and redeem the 5 free HD-DVD deal.
 
I'm thinking about selling mine soon for one of those stand-alone players on the cheap. HD-A2 at sub $100, I'm on it.
