Hey, I have a 1 gig pro duo I'm willing to trade. I'm open for trade so make me an offer. I even have a bunch of movies I'll throw in with it on a DVD encoded for the PSP. I could usually fit about 4 or 5 so u pick.

It isn't illegal for him to convert them for his own use, but to trade or sell a stick with his converted movies, now that is illegal.
 
It's not illegal if its trade!! And I own those movies so tranferring them to a disc is again NOT ILLEGAL. If you buy a CD & make a copy for your friend, is that illegal? As long as I don't SELL them....which I'm not, I'm trading the CARD!!! the rest is just between friends.

LAst time I checked, downloading movies ILLEGALLY IS ILLEGAL. HENCE WHY ILLEGAL IS IN BOTH WORDS.

Wow....ignaorance is such bliss. You are still making something off of it $ or otherwise. Making a ciopy og a cd and giving it to a friend is illegal if he/she doesn't owna copy of said cd.....
