SSB: Brawl (Wii) for $29.99 from PrestoMart.com (?)
smells like the Walmart fiasco all over again!
and if walmart isnt even willing to honor their stupidity, i doubt this "prestomart" will be ready to either

That's funny, a lot of their games are priced below retail yet they still charge $330 for the Wii.

Anyway, I am tempted but not going to order.

I just did some quick google checks and have found multiple complaints against them...Most stated that they either did not receive there product or that it came "used" or "damaged"

After looking at this fine site, I think I'd have better luck scouring downtown late at night and buying SSBB out of the back of a van from a man named Fast Eddie.
i'd send my money to prestomart
The location of the arrow isnt even accurate. I entered my home address and the arrow was up the block from where I live.

I can imagine the e-mail confirmation:

Thank you for shopping here,

Your Credit Cards have been sended to my grandson, he is in Britian at school. I am in South Africas, and cannot not process them. Once he gets the things...he can send the stuff you ordered from Pakinstan. Thank you all for buying games from our internet and God Blesses us

:whistle2:k

SCAMMER!!!!

"Overstock Clearance Gifts"
LOL ... yea i'm pretty sure they are so overstocked with SSBB copies that they must clearance them.
Poor poor them.
It doesnt even mention pre-order.
Yea good try.

i already had my heart broken once before, (Walmart) please don't let me go through it again. I will be picking mines up @ gamestop. Good Luck
If I put in a random Credit Card number, and it accepts, is it a fraudulent site?
I just tried that (entering totally random info) and it seems to have accepted it.

Shoulda put your address has 123 fake street

I checked who owns the URL, and its record matches the sites gmail account and has an address in Georgia instead of the company's Florida address. Also, the phone number brought up some complaint against a Hand Bag company from October that sold a Wii and did not send the product and then disappeared. The Hand bag company actually used the Georgia address.

You can always use Who IS over at www.networksolutions.com to find out about an URL. And I found the Wii claim at: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/281/ripoff0281739.htm.

I have no idea if any of this is valid, but I am not going to order from this place based on what I found.

Oh, and the URL record has a creation date back on January 4th 2008! Does not look like the "company" has been around long!

Some cheap-o sites like these are "legit"...in a way.

Some of these sites are set up for use by people who steal credit cards and financial info. They use the stolen cards on this website, the owner of the card gets charged, and the person who stole the card gets the product. The store then closes down after only 2-3 weeks in operation and the credit card company can't get the money back. Usually the products sold on the site are stolen as well.

I guess it couldbe legit as they MIGHT actually ship out something, but that something is probably stolen and meant for other theives.

I did the same thing yesterday. After having a look through there source code, I found out that they don't even validate the customers credit card number, they just check to see if it's less than 15 numbers.

This was such a great deal, I bought 100 copies of the game! :D

Funny, they said only 100 copies were available.

You know what I find most disturbing? It says order #175...
I sincerely hope that they were all joke orders, and that no one placed a real order....
