I was at Meijer in Columbus, OH last night when I found they're offering an extra 20% off of any of their clearance merchandise. Being the post Christmas season there was tons of games, toys, electronics, and clothes on clerance. This coupon is good on multiple items and all general merchandise or apperal.

The coupon itself I beleive is only available in stores but this location had them all over the store.

Saw this at my store as well, but wasn't sure "videogames" counted as general merchandise. Either way, the only games I saw on clearance there that interested me were Ninja Gaiden Sigma for $36 or so, and Jeanne D'Arc for $17.99, but even after coupon, $30 and $14.40 are till to high for me.

yeah they have been advertising this on the radio.. There is a ton of stuff in each store, just take the time to sift through it all.

I am hitting two more up on the way home.

which columbus one did you check? anything good? ill check the maxtown/polaris one today and ill post on here if thers anything worth it

Last time they had this at the Meijer near my house, it was extremely depressing. I think they had about 12 Halloween cups, some diet pills, and some other crap like Food Saver bags in clearence.

They had 20% off coupons all over the store hanging off plastic rings, some at the door, and others around clearance merchandise. Bloomington/Normal Meijer had a few decent games like Project silpheed for $14 after coupon and older sports titles for $12. Overall the clearance section had nothing of interest to me.

Video games are def considered general merchandise. In february I used the stackable 20%,15%, and 10% coupons to get a 60gb PS3 and REsistance for like $430 after tax and it would have been like $709 w/o the coupons. So not only did Meijer provide me with all the hard to find Ninja Turtles when I was in elementary school, now they got me a ps3 at mark down prices 8 months in advance.

Scanned for CAG's pleasure.

Also note that this expires TOMORROW the 17th. So if you're going to use it, use it soon.

Thanks, hopefully they will take it.

Edit: What size should I shrink down the coupon to? I want to make it look like the actual coupon so they would be less suspicsous.

The coupons they have in store are photocopies and they are about business card size. They are most likely all over the store. Mine is doing 30% off and the coupons are everywhere. Not sure why everyone is so excited about this. Am I missing something? It's only good on clearance and they do this all the time.

I don't recall them doing this all the time. They do do it once in a while..

For instance Jeane D'Arc is 17.99 that makes it 14.39 before tax at 20%. Where else can you get it new for that?

I just picked up a cheap (throw away) power washer for $48. it will probably last me 2-3 years like the last one and thats all I can expect for that price.

Search the back end caps they have a lot of paintball, fishing, golf, etc on clearance not in the clearance section.

I picked up Syphon Filter dark Mirror for 15.99 (pre tax) last night for the PSP.
