So I was perusing there website and they had a few items I was interested that I hadn't seen on any of the other import gaming websites. So I am seriously considering making an order and was just curious who on here has ordered from them and what can I expect? Shipping times? Service? Would you buy from them again? I know they are in the States so do items arrive quicker from them for that reason or is it comparable to play-asia?

Thanks in advance!

It was a really long time ago, but I have bought from them in the past. I don't remember having any issues. The only reason I stopped importing from them is because they are usually more expensive.

I've never had any problems at all with NCSX, they're top notch. They ship lightning quick too, I usually get my order a day or two after I place it, even with cheap shipping.

My situation is the exact same as RoadDogg's. I don't remember how long shipping took, but I didn't have any problems. I would order from them again if they were the only place that had what I wanted.

I switched to Play-Asia for a while because, hey, their prices were cheaper on a lot of items but I've bought from NCSX quite a few times in the past. When I'm at home in NY the shipping is crazy fast no matter which method you use, and when I was out in Pittsburgh it still only took around two days to get something shipped, no problems whatsoever.

Honestly, they're my #2 store for imports.

Yeah I had been planning an order from Play-asia but came across a few things they were out of on the ncsx site so I will probably order from them. I was just curious on their reliability & if things typically come quicker then play-asia because of customs & whatnot? But sounds like I will put my order in tomorrow and hopefully be enjoying fun new stuff shortly:bouncy:

I have been buying stuff from NCSX since 1995. Their customer service is top notch. My orders usually arrive in two days using UPS ground.

the only problem youll have with ncsx is that their prices are expensive. they've been around long before playasia.. they were the premier source of import games.. they are based in flushing new york.. if you can find it cheaper at playasia, i would buy it from them.

I think the last thing I got from NCSX was either import final fantasy 7 or some Sega Saturn stuff. I always had great dealings with them though.

I've ordered from them before I I've got to say that they are a very respectable company. I've never had any issues whatsoever and from what I hear they are quite personable.

Its also worth noting that they are the official supplier of import games and such for 1up.com's 1up Show.

Definatly A++ from me for NCSX.com, I don't buy from play-asia because personally my parents won't let me buy from Hong Kong, but they don't mind me buying from New York :)

If you wanna buy from another country, play-asia is a lot cheaper, if not, NCSX is great.

I've ordered from National Console Support since 2001, and every time has been a smooth ride. I ordered from them most recently last summer.

I've been ordering from both NCSX and Play-Asia for some time. The holy trinity used to include Liksang(RIP little buddy) as well but now it's down to the two.

After a recent problem I've been having with Play Asia dicking me on a Zelda statue(that didn't include the numbered certificate of authencity and shipping it to me broken) I'll never be ordering from them again so I'll be back to getting my import stuff from NCSX.

There are price variances between import sites and I usually shop around but NCSX is pretty reasonable most of the time.

I remember when their supplier jacked up the price on the Valkyrie Profile 2 limited edition and the FF3 DS Lites and they emailed the preorder customers and told them to cancel in hopes their supplier would lower the price since it was being artificially inflated to get massive profits. Sadly, most people didn't cancel so the prices for those two products stayed high for a long time until the distributors got their heads out of their asses and lowered it.

Another good thing about NCSX is that they're American so the customer service seems to know what the hell they're doing and how to speak English which is always a plus.
