What is EB/GS policy about transferring credit? I pre-ordered SSBB at a gamestop only to find out that the one across the river is having a midnight launch. I was wondering if I could transfer my credit there or if they still allow you to cancel your order and spend it on something else? I know I could just call, but I really don't want to talk to them.

They can't transfer your credit to another location, but if you physically go to the store, and if you still have your receipt, they will refund your reservation without too much hassle.
They dont electronically transfer credit between stores.
You can get your preorder money back as cash or a store credit receipt/giftcard.
Before you do this, make the sure the new store is still taking preorders on the game. You dont want to cancel one preorder and not be able to ensure a copy at the midnight launch. Many stores stopped taking preorders a while ago.

yea I'll probably just hit up wal-mart....but who knows when they will actually put it out or sell. Lord knows the employees won't be aware.
