I want this game, but I don't know which version I should get. The PSP or X-Box version, I mean are they basically the same game? Does one version have different features than the other?

Depends
The Xbox version has some Live compotents and weak downloadable content.
The PSP version has ad-hoc multiplayer options.
Both feature the mini-games that weren't in the PC version and slightly modified gameplay elements.
I don't really care for the PSP control scheme but it's passable.
I'd break it down to cost.
The PSP version is $5 at Toys R Us.
The Xbox version is readily available for $15 over the 360 marketplace.
