Turbolister - Automatically lists item condition as acceptable?

Im a bit pissed about this. I use turbolister to list items. There is NO option to change the condition that ebay has started to use. I just found this out today but by using turbolister it puts your item at acceptable. Which of the options, isn't the best. Is there any way to change this or is this another Ebay faux paus (is that how it's spelled).

I have turbolister open right now and I don't see ANY option of changing the item condition.

Edit: Acceptable is the WORST possible condition that you can choose. This makes me even madder. Even for Brand New items it puts acceptable .

I shit you not the phone customer service just sent me to the live chat online. Problem is the live chat online closes at 5 PM Pacific, which is 25 minutes ago. Pathetic. Though Im mad because i didn't see the hours until after I was off the phone. Ill check it out first thing tomorrow and post.
