I found out that real fast. After this experience, I don't think I'll be ordering much from them anymore.
Customer service? how can they list that when they don't do or know anything

I did the b2g1 and one of the titles was SOCOM - bundle.
I get a notice its back ordered, figures the one I wanted to try gets held up, so I see how long it will be or if I could switch it for something in stock (like most stores will allow, especially since its a title many wanted on a set date)

1. She had no idea when it would be in not even a guess could be 2-3 weeks or longer. :whistle2:k (who knows, it will probably drop in price before I even get it)

2. Once a order is made, it can never be changed
The operator was rude :shame:,

At least I didn't pay shipping :)shipfree:) and she did speak perfect English with no accent so I imagine she was able to report what I thought about their back-order policies
