How Do I Get My Blog a Larger Audience?/ Possible Official Blog Pimping Thread

I'm an English MA student who's graduating in July; haven't had much of a forum to write in over the last two months, so I started a blog. Since I want to become a writer, it seems a smart move to get my blog out to as many people as possible--any idea how to do that? Here's the link:
