FarCry 2 multiplayer experience glitch?

So yeah I did a search and couldn't find the original thread but I'm sure It's buried somewhere.

My question is: Has anyone experienced a glitch with multi player experience? My friend got to level 6, but as soon as he dies and/or kills someone he loses over 3k experience and de-levels. It's happened to him THREE times so far. We even tried boosting and the same thing would happen when he didn't even kill me and/or got killed! I tried searching online to find out what the deal is and/if theres a work around but to no avail. Anyone?

I would gladly play more of this game in MP (It's pretty fun imho compared to the shitty single player campaign).

Anyone?

Did he ever try deleting his game data for the game?

Which would mean he would lose everything lol. Damn this game is glitchy.
