Are their lists accurate?

I got shining force 1 (CIB) for the sega genny today and they say it's worth 64 bucks. Is this accurate or not?
 
They are laughably inaccurate. In fact, a few of us were posting in another thread about how bad they are. They list CIB Earthbound as worth $389 when it rarely goes for more than $150.
