I know this isn't really a great site for this kind of information but I thought I'd try.
I want to be able to do a complete tune on my snowboard on the cheap.
I think at first I just want to be able to wax my board, so I'll need:
Iron
Scraper
Brush
But I really want to be able to sharpen my snowboard as well, so I'll need:
Files
Gummi Stone
Edging Tool
2x Vises (I can probably get this from my family and then glue foam on the inside)
Diamond Stone
Some of this stuff I can get from a hardware store, but the main expensive areas are the iron, since it has to be custom, and the edging tool. Anyone know of any good deals?
I checked craigslist and some people have some cheap irons in my area, waiting for a reply back.
