I took my original NDS to a local console repair shop to have them replace my L&R buttons because they no longer work, that was done, problem is that they messed up my bottom display's colour (and reset my whole f**king system without letting me know). Example: what is suppose to be black is now light brown and so on.

I know that the bottom-screen/touch-screen has 2 screens, one is touch-screen and one is display, when I turn on the NDS and use it with the stylus, it works perfectly, since it's only the colours gone wrong I assume it is the display.

I am willing to replace the display myself, but I would love for any advice, directions from others, and that it is 100% for sure that it's the display that I need to replace and not the touch screen.

hmm try first looking through dealextreme.com for the replacement screen though you are far better off buying a new/used ds lite.

Oh and if you do order from dealextreme, know that since they are china-based, orders will take 2-3 weeks to get home albeit they are a reliable store.
