But since the Edge Card always stacks with these deals, that means customers w/Edge can get better deals than employees w/o Edge! Some appreciation, LOL.

Might have to check out what mine has. And I am assuming it is used games only. But honestly, I think all the games at GameStop are used. I remember the last time I bought a "new" game there, the douche behind the counter dropped the "new" disc on the floor when he was trying to put it back in the case. I don't buy "new" games at GS anymore, as they are newsed IMO ;)
 
It's on USED games & accessories. Sorry for the confusion. It's my first day being active.

I figured it was used as it seems to be GS's MO, but I though there might be a shred of hope it was new so I could finally unload the rest of my edge credit and be done with it.
 
I got an X-Mas gift I was going to pick up this weekend.... Might have to splurge and get myself some two games as well. Hmm.

LOL, what are you talking about? DS games can be searched both via the "preowned games - Nintendo DS" drop down menu on the left hand side, which will return all used DS games, accessories, systems...or browsed by selecting "Nintendo DS" in the same menu on the left, but this would also return new games.

Then pick a game you're interested in, enter your zip, and it will tell you exactly which stores within 100 miles of that zip have it in stock.
 
Hopefully a couple of the titles I want come back in stock by the time the deal starts. There are a few PS2 titles I'd love to pick up.

Works for older games...try it on kingdom hearts, bowsers inside story, spirit tracks ; anything new. Gamestop district manager told me nintendo pays them not to display newer release games.

Tried it with scribblenauts and it looks like you're right. That came out the same time as Bowser's Inside Story.
 
So what's this about 25% off used systems? Does it stack with the edge card. I really need to get PS2, I haven't played FF12 yet.

Edge card never has worked with systems. Gamestop wouldn't want to give you too much of a discount. :p

Okay, I searched the last 3 pages on the board and I don't see anything else. Maybe something will popup. Too my recollection the Slim and Fat PS2 are the same price used right?

Ahhh, yeah I noticed they were lagging with newer games last year, but then it seemed as though they had corrected the problem. Nice to know (and that totally sucks)...sorry!
