Demon's Souls (PS3) and Borderlands (preferably 360) Deals?

Where can I find a good deal on any of these two? It just seems as if they have been $60 everywhere, and no deal has come for them. If someone can help me out by, i would apreciate it.

Ebay is probably your best bet, I've seen them go for 40 bucks

Thanks for the referal. It's really something that games like MW2 have hit $40 at some stores, but these two just love that $60 MSRP tag

I would assume it's because some places see that MW2 being discounted = big seller, then others fall in line in order keep up competition. No stores seem to be fighting over prices regarding these two games. I'm not surprised at Demon's Souls as it's a PS3 game, which rarely drop in price, but I would have expected Borderlands to drop alongside L4D2.
