Sign up for a Capcom Unity account if you haven't already, then register your email on the Lost Planet Community site. After you have confirmed your email, refresh the page to get your code for the multiplayer demo on either the 360 or PS3! The 360 code will activate on 3/31 and the PS3 on 4/1.

Note that this is the multiplayer versus demo, different than the co-op demo that was released a few months back. I hear it was given away in some Playstation Magazine thing recently too.

I agree. You probably got the info first, but writing the detailed instructions created a delay. As long as CAGs get in on the demo, I'm cool with sharing the credit.
 
Confirm your email and return to the page. Then you have to select which console you want the code for and they send you the code immediately.

EDIT: killer, check OP.
 
Code isn't valid yet, re-read the OP.

Also, you have to update your settings once in order for the pop-up to work. Got my code no problem after that.
 
Thanks OP, can't wait to try it out. Regardless of double-postage, I wouldn't have seen it unless this thread was in use.

The web site says the code will be valid at March 31.

BTW, for the people who just got pop-up, you have to register as Capcom member and verify your e-mail. At the LP page, you have to verify your e-mail again to get the code.
 
I verified my e-mail and i'm a Capcom Unity member, but they didn't give me a option for PS3 or 360, I didn't even get a code WTF!

UPDATE: I had to refresh the page after verifying my e-mail to get the option, I selected 360 since all my online buds are on 360. Thanks!
 
i got my 360 code, it says it's invalid. if i'd read the title of the thread i would have known it doesn't activate till tomorrow. so don't worry if your's isn't valid yet.
 
Site seems to be a bit hammered, pretty slow navigating the site.

But i got a code eventually. Thanks for the heads up OP, i loved the first Lost Planet.
 
They posted on their twitter page saying that they're aware of the issue and it's cause it's being hammered. The whole Capcom Unity site was down for me earlier actually :eek:
 
I was going to get this the other day when I saw this elsewhere but I was busy and passed it up thinking I would be fine later. I of course am unable to get a code now. If anyone has a bunch of extra I would appreciate it, if not, thanks anyways!
