theres a free trail that lets go up to level 15 if you want to try it before you buy it
 
I bought the game when it first came out. Seems to me the numbers dwindled a LOT. I tried playing on saturday night, first time in a looong time, and the queues for pvp took a long time. It used to be almost instant
