Buy MW2 on Amazon, get another COD free

Maybe a better way to put it would be "get a different COD free." I was kind of hoping you could get one MW2 for each console, but it was kind of a stretch, I'll admit. :p

$60 for COD 4 & MW2? Not too shabby; of course, $45 would ave been nicer, but then again, who doesn't have at least one of these games already??

Just some words of advice, MW2 isn't all too different from CoD 4. And if you are looking for a hardcore game to play online, look else where.

LMAO I tried this too

Well be that as it may, the original has a very solid story that in my opinion is better than the one in MW2. I really don't care for either game online, but the campaigns were enjoyable in both of the games.
Im considering. I traded my MW2 lone ago. And i never played any other COD
if you play online, you need to get COD4. Imo COD4 > MW2

Very true. I hate MW2 online but I still occasionally hop on MW and it's still fun

Huh, that's a pretty decent deal for MW2 and World at War (the coop for both are pretty fun as well). A little expensive with MW2 alone (I picked the Hardened Edition of MW2 for around $45 from Amazon a few months ago), but for two games, it's not bad.
Hm... Does the PC version of COD4 work through Steam? If so, I might have to jump on this deal.
It "works through" Steam if you add the exe as a non-steam game, but it isn't Steam-native like Modern Warfare 2 is.

yup IW killed MW2 online with their crazy attachments and kill streak rewards

Duh.

but it isn't Steam-native like Modern Warfare 2 is.

But that answers my question. Thanks.

Maybe I'll get MW2 for PC and MW1 for the Wii and pick up MW1 on Steam somewhere down the line.

As far as I'm concerned that isn't opinion, but fact as far as the single player campaign is concerned as well.

You could technically get MW2 for $60-$26=$34 if you bought it with the Wii version and traded the Wii version to Gazelle for cash. I'd almost consider it but I'm not a big fan of COD from what I have played in the past.

Um, I don't.

I'm 100% CoD free. :D

You forgot the rest of them. For multiplayer it should go like this:

COD1 > WAW > COD4 > MW2 > COD2 > COD3
Thats actually not that bad of a deal, but wasn't it listed at around $45 about a week ago?
yeah, good deal, and why the difference?
Bad Company 2>Mw1 and 2 combined.
I think it'd be more like Bad Company 2>Call of Duty 4>Modern Warfare 2.
CoD4 and MW2 shouldn't EVER be lumped together.

A pass for me, after checking out camelcamelcamel.com (an amazon price tracker) I noticed it was 40 for a while and then back up to fifty. I think they are trying to get rid of their old inventory with this deal.
I also checked Amazon's Warehouse deals, and the PS3 version in like new conditions is going for 42.99, with prime 2 day shipping.
