PS3--Uncharted 1($21.44) Uncharted 2(back to $43.54) Amazon

I'm waiting for UC 2 to be a greatest hits title since I rented and beat it back at release. One of the best single player games I have ever played.
 
Not the best price on UC2. I saw it at my local Sam's club for 24.xx the other day. I passed on it because I hated the first one. Everyone says the second one is better but I'm not gonna chance it, but then again those sales are usually YMMV.

I never played the first but the second one is one of my all time favorite games. From what I've heard of the first one you enter an area take cover..run and gun...take cover till the hoard of enemies stops. Uncharted 2 really isn't like that. I can only think of one area in the game thats like that (it's towards the end). Uncharted 2 takes you to new locals and you're always on the move. It's flipping great.

Has anyone else seen UC2 at that price? Demo didnt impress me, but I'm willing to give it a go for a price that good.
 
No never seen it for $25 or less. I personally think this is one of the few games worth $60. The single player was improved better pacing and graphics over the first one and the MP/coop is just so addictive as I have put in more than 150 hours online into it. Definitely it is a no brainer to get for $25 even if you are only going to play it for SP campaign. The best game I have gotten this gen by far.

There was good mix of things to do in each area even in the original. Granted, the areas you explored were either fort/castle ruins, underground ruins, or jungle areas but it never felt like "I've seen this many times before". I personally love both games but, UC 2 was definitely better especially with the set pieces and adding multiplayer. However, if you have not played the original, I definitely recommend checking it out!

Support the developer (Naughty Dog) so they can make more amazing games.
