I got a DVD/game/CD rolling rack for FREE...

It's a big one too. It has to be at least four and a half to five feet long and about two feet wide.

It was sitting in the back yard of the one house down the line from me and came with 6-8 long detachable shelves and 4-6 short shelves.

It's going to be the new home for my collection of games.

It looks something like this one:

But unfortunately when my dad was trying to help me get it into my basement he cracked part of the top frame.:bomb: Now I know where I get my impatience frome. It's also got a bad wheel and one of the end grids is coming off at the bottom.

But other than that, I'd say I got a hell of a deal. They sell for $240 new, as I just priced one(where I got the pic from).
That picture looks like a TON of wasted space. That thing has a huge footprint. If you have a deal wall you can use i guess it wouldn't be to bad, but is there storage on the back side or just the front and 2 sides?
I have one of these that holds about 80% of my anime collection. http://www.amazon.com/Side-Dvd-Spinning-Tower-Oak/dp/B0017LVUC8

Highly suggest them as they take up very little space and hold a ton.
Bought my sister one of those. I got to say they're pretty cool, but you can't stuff them snuggly into a corner since their turn radius is sort of big, and they're rather heavy, which is a good thing cause the materials are a bit better, but just hard to move around. Good stand though. It holds a lot more than it looks for sure.

If you take something from my backyard I call that stealing. The only free part of the experience will be Airsoft ammo to the back of your head.

Actually both sides and both ends have space for shelves. Unfortunately they only had enough shelves for both sides. But I don't think I'll even need shelves for the ends, since I don't have THAT many cases I need to store.

I didn't just take the rack. I went to the house they were by and I asked if the racks were theirs. They said yes and that they used to use them for when they had yard sales. I asked if they needed them anymore, the guy I talked to went and asked his family and they said to take it if I wanted it.

They also had a smaller DVD spinning rack there, but that one looked to be in worse shape than the one I grabbed so I left that one there.

;) Nah. I live upstairs, but my PS3 and game collection is downstairs.

That's a relief, I was beginning to think RDR is doing for property what GTA did for prostitute payment.

It has wheels = you can bring your collection to friends' houses when you visit...

Cool thing to get for free. Would love to have something like that, all my games/movies are just stacked on my dresser in a horrible mess.
