Maganvox Odyssey 175

The only reason I would conisder getting a magnovox odyssey is because I'm a collector of video game systems. So, for 175,

All gaming chips, cards, mats are in perfect condition. No rips or scratches and the serial number is still legible and intact on the console. It comes with the 6 original games."

too much? great price?

Wow... that was my first console. I don't know if it's a good price or not, but sounds barely used. One weird thing about it is that you had to use batteries AND plug it in to AC... so it's possible there are rusted out batteries in there. It's got the screen overlays?

I imagine it would. I personally already have the atari 2600, and 5200, as well as all the nintendos, and a genesis, dreamcast, xbox 360. This one would be the icing on the cake. Can't really think of anything else I'd realyl want, maybe the jaguar, or a virtual boy, but really, how do you beat the atari 2600 and the odyssey? I just wish i knew if it would be worth it. sounds like it to me.

Get it. It was the first home entertainment console. It's a collectors item.
