How Can I Set Canada as my 'Region' in my "Address"?

How do I set the 'Country/Region' in my "Address" to Canada?

I've found the "CAG Region Settings" option, but the only available regions are 'USA' or 'UK' (lolwtf), and if I select 'Determine Based on Location' it erroneously determines that I'm in the USA...
