They're a seller on Amazon and I ordered an Xbox live 12 month card from them on September 1st. They told me it had shipped within 24 hours and I was charged for it, which I was cool with, so then started the waiting game. A week later, I had no Xbox card.... 2 weeks later, still nothing so I contacted them. Turns out, they were out of stock even though they had said there was plenty in-stock and they just charged me so they could order mine from the manufacturer. I was apologized to and told that I would receive it by the 20th. I got nothing still, even when I got the mail today, so I figured the grace period is up and contacted them again about it. They sent me this e-mail (which is the exact same goddamn email I got last time except for they said they were going to have it ship after they buy it from the manufacturer)....

See, this wouldn't be a problem except while checking their feedback they have a LOT of bad feedbacks all about how they do not have any Xbox Live cards and people have been ordering since about the middle of August and still haven't received them. What should I do? See about getting a refund, or just wait it out? Does anyone have anything good to say about this seller?
