I'll likely be picking up my 8th TE stick via this deal in the next few days.
It will be another Round 2 that i'll do a custom graphic on for one of my video gaming crew's staff members.

What made you grab TE sticks so many?
 
So... I'm an Arcade Stick n00b...

I just ordered the Tatsunoko vs Capcom Arcade Stick for my Wii games, and as far as I know, that one is the best stock Arcade Stick for the Wii.

Now, I want to get an Arcade Stick for the 360... which one is the best one (out-of-the-box with stock parts) for the 360?

Not many can beat amazon's prices lol especially no tax and basically free shipping on anything over $20

I think last year madcatz had a buy one get one free on se and te sticks? Which was a pretty good sale

You can get TvC stick for wii on amazon for cheaper.....

I think the Round 2, Chun Li, and Marvel sticks beat Amazon.
 
Does Kayane still play Soulcalibur? I remember when Broken Destiny first came out, she got so ecstatic when she found one of the Xianghua "ghost-like" AI characters was named after her. Granted, Soulcalibur is more niche than Street Fighter or Tekken, but yeah, she's practically synonymous with Xianghua.
 
BTW, I'll also likely be picking up one of the 360 fightpads, as I've heard the PCB is the easiest 360 pad to hack.

The sales do currently match the best deal Amazon has ever had for TE sticks.

A "few times" Amazon has had Round 1 TE sticks for $100 free shipping brand new including Black Friday last year and once or twice other than that.
But almost every one of these deals MarkMan has been posting since the beginning of the year offers Round 2 TE sticks for $100 free shipping brand new. (Which I prefer the Round 2 sticks because they have an all black base)

The ONLY time I've seen I've seen a TE for cheaper were used and/or with damaged box due to returned items that are listed on Amazon's Warehouse Deals.
They had the TE S sticks for $92-$95 each several times and once they had a TE S for like $60. They've all been listed as used items and they've been extremely rare.

I'd rather buy a TE stick directly from Madcatz, supporting the makers who support the community while getting the best new price that's ever been offered.

I can't speak for the SE sticks or the TvC sticks because I don't buy anything but the TE sticks as they're the best.

I'd recommend the Round 2 stick via this sale. $100 is an excellent price.
 
Nice! Picked up my first fighting stick, a TE 'Round 2' for Xbox 360. Promptly had it shipped to a stick modder to dual mod it for use on both PS3 and 360. ;)
 
I'd take those 2 girls instead of those joysticks, instead of street fighter iv, or any other game!
I will be playing with them for a long long time....

Where do you find one of these? I'd LOVE two sticks with a mod to be both PS3 and XBOX.

When MvC comes out, they'd be handy.

Is Cthulu mod only for xbox controllers, to make them PS3 compatible, or for both xbox and ps3 controllers?

Dual Mod? Seriously - I wouldn't mind paying someone to do this - rather than cracking my stick open (again) and possibly doing something very wrong with my cherished PS3 TE stick.

Deets? Info? Heh, a duallie Chun Li would be friggin' sweet!

Many people on shoryuken.com do this in their B/S/T forums. You may even find somebody locally who would do this. If you want to do it, there's a really easy way to do it now:

We are very close to selling out of the Super Street Fighter IV (Black & White) Tournament Edition "S" FightSticks.

We actually just sold out of the Black PS3 TE "S". We will NOT be making any more.

How feasible is it to make a Madcatz product with Korean parts, like Taeyoung Fantas with Crown buttons?

It wouldn't be. Such a small percentage of fighting gamers use Korean parts. It just wouldn't make sense. I'd love to, but it doesn't make too much sense, business-wise.

I bought a TE Rd 2 during the last sale and I couldn't be happier. I played Tekken 6, Soulcalibur IV, SSFIV and more with a buddy all weekend. It was great. Thanks MarkMan!

That might have sold ya another stick, Mark. I get an extra paycheck and if I can get another stick and mod for both systems (for not too much) - I may be able to justify it to myself!
