G.I. JOE: A Real American Hero – The Complete Series 17-Disc Collector’s Set $79

This is about as cheap as this set's gotten. Still, I can wait. Woot had the Transformers set for $60 after shipping, so I'll wait for a similar price on this set.

oh man... good memories of this show. However, I'm not sure that it has held up quite as well as other classic cartoons to merit a purchase, at that price at least. I'll wait.

I had this set and it is huge and ugly. I recommend getting the individual season sets.

I'm on disc 3 of Season 1.1 with my son, but so far it has held up even better than when I had watched it as a kid. 1st 3 discs of 1.1 are each 5-part mini-series, so I haven't gotten to the normal single-episode stories yet.

After watching almost 2 full seasons of Transformers G1, I don't know if I can take another automotive-related joke for a while. (My transistors are in a bunch!)

The only thing I've rolled my eyes at almost every episode is Zartan. We get it, Zartan, you don't like the sun.
