Mafia II (360/PS3) $26.99 USED @ Gamestop B&M (?)

Having just dropped to used $32.99 online, if you click on Mafia II's "pick up @ store" link, then follow up by clicking the same link for a particular store, you'll see the $26.99 "in store" price opposed to the $32.99 online price. Very unusual... maybe someone can confirm this by visiting an actual a store?

I'm going to go to a gamestop here in like 30 or minutes so I'll check it out. It's also $29.99 new online which is cheaper than the used price.
 
Play-asia has it for $18, isn't that a better deal?
Although some has said it is a Korean version, but the game is in eng and it is playable in every ps3.

If saving $2.50 is worth having a Korean manual to you, then yes, it's a better deal.
