I bet they exclude Rhode Island because they hate Family Guy... but I'm not from Rhode Island and I entered :p! Yeah newegg is an awesome site to go if you want to buy parts for a computer. Best prices and super fast shipping. Love my computer

Rhode Island, last I heard, has some very unique legislation regarding contests. Google knows all.
