Zelda pre order

Has any one here saw what you will be getting with the new zelda game. It's in the latest issue of egm magazine. You will get the wind waker but with the new link character from the upcoming release of the new Zelda game, in addition to that there will be 2 new dongeons levels. I am so excited.

This is like the ba-jillionth thread started about this. No offense, but anyone who does not realize that EGM has done this (made April Fool's gags) for (about) 15 years now is either a) retarded or b) a new gamer - only because gaming is "cool" these days, which means you are still a retard.

And that manager at Game Crazy deserved to have his face laughed in, only after you kicked him in the crotch. Such a person should know better, more than anyone else. I get kind of tired going into EBGames and GameStop, etc., asking for the current deal, only to have them tell me that such a thing doesn't exist. So I tell them to look it up in their computer. And what do you know? The deal has been there the whole time, sitting in front of their stupid face! Why do they hire such incompetent people?!?

Oh, and like Rig said, that mock up picture was horrid! I wouldn't want a game that looked like that...

It might be good idea if someone from GC sends out an email to all of the stores telling them that the EGM story is an April Fools joke.

The mock picture doesn't even look believeable. I mean, Link is looking towards the bird, ready to attack. Problem is that his body is facing in a different direction.

Kayden - Same thing here!! The manager was hyping me for it, then told me all excited-like "look in the new EGM!!".. he goes "Oh, i'm pissed now!" and walked out of the store when I told him it was an april fools joke.

This might be false but I wouldn't cut off the idea of nintendo doing something like this.... Theirs obviously going to be some free game with pre order.... What it is could be anyones guess.... I'm hoping nintendos crazy and just gives us windwaker 2 for free.... Or a updated version of one of the n64 versions....

The bird looked pretty cool. It was Link's body and the background that gave it off.

Well, it won't be Wind Waker 2, since...well...that would take time to make. It can't just fly under the radar. And they've already remade both OoT and MM. I wouldn't really want that...

But hopefully, they come up with something really good for a preorder bonus.

EDIT: I guess maybe you meant redo the N64 versions with updated graphics and such. While that's an idea, I don't know if they will do that. I would rather see a Game Boy collection of the games. That would be nice.

They could always put the super nintendo version on a bonus disc.

What I've wanted is LTTP on the Cube. And they could even throw in all of the GB and GBC version as well. Then we would have all of the Zelda games on the Cube, except for the GBA and CD-i ones!
