ok movie. I would highly recommend King's Speech when it comes out on Blu-Ray
Which is not as good as the Social Network.

Is this really even worth watching? I'll give almost anything a chance but I have to say that my initial reaction to this is, "They actual made a movie out of this? Wtf?"...

And now that it won the Best Picture Oscar, I'm sure the studio will be green lighting The King's Speech 2 3-D now with a bigger budget!

Ugh... You're on the right track. They're releasing an edited version of the film back into theaters with a PG-13 rating for more money.

As for 127 Hours, definitely worth a watch. One of the best films of last year IMO, James Franco was amazing.

Ah, didn't think to look it up on rotten tomatoes... So I'll give you that one. Never really liked his movies too much(Boyle's), and Slumdog didn't do anything for me - so that doesn't mean a thing to me. Guess I'll pick it up sometime to see what all the buzz is about.

So they're changing the film that was just given the title of Best Film of the Year? That makes sense. :whistle2:k
So they're changing the film that was just given the title of Best Film of the Year? The content of the film besides that isn't changed, though if you ask me, that is changing the content of the film. :whistle2:s

Exactly. So much for that win for screenplay. I'm assuming this is only being done for American audiences. I can't imagine they'd be this uptight about language anywhere else.

At least if we purchase it, I'd guess we'll have the unadulterated version.

Yeah, it's The Weinstein Company that's doing it, and they're just the American distributor.

True, and I'm going to purchase it regardless, but this whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
