Magicka Complete Pack $7.99

It's still cheaper to go for the complete version if you intend to buy all of it than it is to go with the 4 pack and then choose standalone DLC. Addon content is worth 6 bucks, so with the 4 pack you're paying 9.75 if you buy the DLC.

That's a pretty darn good price, was holding off on that game but it did seem interesting, and $8 for the complete pack seems pretty cool. Is a shame that there's no complete 4-pack though, would've split to $6 each, and I'm not sure if I want to spend the extra $4.25 for the expansion when that's even more than the original game would be in a 4-pack.

Also I'm hoping that for some of these Steam deals they'll start allowing separate threads again, the main Steam deal thread just isn't updated often enough and there are way too many to fit in the title (they never even listed the Mafia sale on it before it was over).
This game is an absolute blast. Don't play it alone though.
Why? Is it not fun solo? I played the demo when it released and thought it was fun but wanted to wait for them to sort the bugs out. I am thinking about grabbing it now especially with the vietnam expansion.

Noticed Bioshock 2 is $5 also....Damn you steam.
anyone know if they're ever going to put this out on XBLA/PSN?
I think it would be fairly difficult to do considering the number of keys used to play.

Right, I just remember way back when they had originally planned on a XBLA release but then canned it. I'm not much of a pc gamer but really want to play this.

The 360 pad is supported natively on the PC so I do not think it would be that difficult for them to port it to XBLA.

Wasn't aware of that, definitely wouldn't want to play it with a controller though.

Magicka has Xbox 360 controller support so there wouldn't be a control problem to port it to XBLA/PSN.

It's hard to be happy when you think of great old Disney shows like Duck Tales, Rescue Rangers, etc. and look at current Disney television. D:

But yeah, Magicka always makes me a bit nostalgic for Duck Tales. Got the collection today.

The only way you find out about Steam sales is by looking at the title of the deal thread?

They'd better. They said they would, and I've been waiting for it. Looks like such an amazing co-op game to play with friends. Just do it already, pretty please.
