Good deal on a Kindle?

My girlfriend's birthday is soon, and she's been hinting that she wants a Kindle. I'm looking specifically for the Wifi-only latest generation version. It seems that everywhere it's pretty much MSRP. Does anyone know of a way to get it cheaper?

Why not a Nook? The new touchscreen Nooks are recommended over Kindles. We've bought 3 Nooks so far, and everyone we have them to, loves them. You can get refurbished ones from woot.com for under $100.
 
I could look into that, but I'm not seeing it on Woot. Was it a daily deal? We're celebrating her birthday on Sunday, so I can't really wait for it to come back.

With that time frame, I doubt you will find anything other than msrp...
