Batman Arkham xbox 360 combo deal at walmart

Its been posted several times sorry dude..but what hasnt been answered is that if you can combine it with the 3 for 150 deal, also.. how come when you add 3 games to the 3 for 150 deal it says that they will be shipped around may 2012?? even if all the games that you choose are coming out by nov max??! ne ideas anyone??
