If that's the case, it would still have to be from a third party seller, since you can't leave feedback for Amazon, but you can leave packaging feedback, but now that I read her post more, it wouldn't be for packaging feedback like you said. But she may just have to contact Amazon CS to give feedback if it's from Amazon directly.
Otherwise, if it's a third party seller, go ahead and leave the feedback.
